No stranger to Waldorf Astoria Chicago, he previously served as Executive Sous Chef. Recently, he helmed the kitchen at the neighboring Omni Chicago Hotel, deepening his love for the city. Between Chicago tenures, Chef Marino showcased his expertise as an Executive Chef at the Hilton Des Moines Downtown and the Sorrel River Ranch Resort and Spa in the Western US. He’s back in the Windy City, where his culinary journey continues.
